John Xu

Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

John has served as a director and our President and Chief Executive Officer since 2019. Previously, was a director and President of J&C International Group LLC, a cross border investment firm since 2013. He also served as a director and President of Ideal City Realty, LLC, a real estate investment firm. John has extensive business operation experience, as well as significant expertise in investments, strategic management and retail enterprises, with a keen market sense and deep understanding of cross-border investment environments.

Tao Han

Chief Operating Officer

Tao has been our Chief Operating Operator since our initial public offering in October 2023. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the Company’s retail stores in San Gabriel, El Monte and Monrovia, California. Prior to that, Tao held various managerial positions in retails supermarkets for more than 10 years, including as Marketing Manager for Hema Fresh in Beijing, Administrative Manager of Yonghui Supermarket, a public retail company in China, and Head of Management of Iko-Yokato, a major Chinese retailer, also in Beijing.

Alexandria Marie Lopez

Chief Financial Officer

Alexandria has been a director and our Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Previously, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of J&C International Group LLC. With more than 10 years of financial and accounting experience, Alexandria received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
